Great support from Simon C to assist my fundraising efforts by buying an authentic jersey from the 1988 KAS Tour de France team that added sponsorship from Miko just for the event. The Tour started in Berlin that year and I was taken along as a reserve but sadly didn’t start. So the jersey is almost pristine and I only had the one! Thanks Simon.

A big thanks to Michael S who has made a huge difference to my fundraising efforts, this time by securing a Tour de France KOM jersey personally signed by multiple KOM winner, my team mate Richard Virenque. It is a terrific piece of authentic memorabilia.

Thanks to Pete Taylor who bought an Australian team time trial skin suit I wore in the World Individual Time Trial Championships in the early 90's and also serviced my bike for One Ride and asked me to donate both to my fundraising for type 1 diabetes research! Thanks Pete.

Thanks to Paul F who bought the Australian team jersey I wore in the 1990 Stuttgart World Road Cycling Championships. It was my best ever result, finishing 8th. Charlie G scored a very unusual pro team jersey with this commemorative ONCE team jersey, produced at the end of the team. It has the name of every rider and staff who rode for or worked for the team over its entire history. A really unique piece of pro history, thanks Charlie.

Michael S bought the last pro team jersey I wore in 1996, The Festina team jersey. It is part of the sale of an entire pro cycling career of jerseys that is going to assist my fundraising for type 1 diabetes research - thanks Michael!

Jay C is now the owner of an original ONCE yellow jersey I wore in the Giro d'Italia when we won the teams competition in 1990. He also got a Green climbers jersey I wore during the Giro and a Bicycling Australia magazine featuring me in that Giro on the front cover and team publicity poster. All goes to assist my fundraising for Type 1 diabetes, thanks Jay.
