On 21 November 2026, I'll be riding in the Breakthrough T1D One Ride through the Barossa Valley to raise funds for type 1 diabetes research.
This ride is personal. I'm riding for my son, Jacob, who has lived with type 1 diabetes since he was just 2 years old. For over a decade, our family has experienced the daily challenges that come with managing this relentless 24/7 condition. Every day brings countless decisions, constant vigilance, and the hope that one day there will be a cure.
