*Breakthrough T1D offers a Non-Riding Supporter Package for those wishing to accompany Full Package Riders to the event, without participating in the Ride. This package includes all weekend activities except the ride itself. Non-Riding Supporters must pay a $100 non-refundable registration fee, meet a fundraising target of $2,700, and share a room with their Full Package Rider. Each supporter must register separately and nominate the Rider they are supporting. Space is limited and subject to availability.
**Breakthrough T1D also offers a Weekend Supporter Package for those wishing to accompany Weekend Package Riders to the event, without participating in the Ride. This package includes all weekend activities except flights, airport transfers and the ride route itself. Weekend Supporters must pay a $100 non-refundable registration fee, meet a fundraising target of $1,700, and share a room with their Weekend Rider. Each supporter must register separately and nominate the Rider they are supporting. Space is limited and subject to availability.
Breakthrough T1D One Ride conditions of entry
To participate in Breakthrough T1D One Ride you must register online, pay a non-refundable registration fee and choose a package.
Each package has a minimum fundraising target. Once you’ve reached the minimum fundraising target, you’ll be eligible to participate in the Breakthrough T1D One Ride.
Registrants must be over the age of 14 to participate. Riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Fundraising
Team funds can be distributed between team members if the full minimum fundraising target is met for the entire team, however, this is at the discretion of the team captain.
Breakthrough T1D can’t confirm flights and/or accommodation for participants who have yet to reach fundraising deadline #1 for their chosen package.
