We are riding for a purpose

Type 1 diabetes became part of our family's story when Callum was just five years old. It wasn't a path we ever expected, but it has shown us just how resilient, brave and determined one little boy could be.

Not once has Callum let diabetes define him or stop him from chasing his dreams. Instead, he has become an advocate for Type 1 diabetes, helping others understand the condition and the life-changing technology that helps people like him live full, active lives.

Each year we try to give back through a fundraising challenge, whether that's walking 100km or jumping out of a plane! But this year is extra special.

This year, Callum won't just be cheering us on or sharing our story, he'll be riding beside me. Together we'll be cycling 40km in support of Breakthrough T1D, and I couldn't be prouder to share this journey with him.

Every dollar raised brings us one step closer to better treatments and, one day, a cure. If you're able to support us, no matter how big or small, we'd be incredibly grateful.
