Another year - another JDRF One Ride, to raise funds for type 1 diabetes!
After suffering 7 hours, riding more-or-less solo over 160km around the beautiful Barossa Valley in pretty hot conditions last year, I'm back to do it all again. What's 7 hours of pain vs decades of living with Type 1 diabetes, like my brother has??
On 29 November 2025 I'll be challenging myself, and also raising funds to help improve the lives of those living with type 1 diabetes.
Type 1 diabetes can strike anyone at any time - 8 Australians are diagnosed every day. Diagnosis means a 24/7 fight with no break - that's the real Cost of Living crisis!
